"After listening to Ken's Arigato principles I felt a compelled to give money to my coworkers"

After listening to Ken's Arigato principles I felt a compelled to give money to my coworkers last night. I gave $20 to four different people.

The 1st guy was baffled but accepted it.
The 2nd guy took it but gave it back.
The 3rd guy gladly accepted it.
The 4th guy was amazed and said, "what's this for....nobody has ever given me money!" He accepted it and text me 5min later thanking me because he had been praying for monetary help. He told me that he and his wife had been help a mom and her children with the little money they have. I gave him an additional $25.

I am amazed that I am not in anguish, as I normally would be, about giving money away. I feel at peace about it.
