I have always been a bit aloof, somewhat shy and quiet. I would not be the one to reach out to others in fear that I would be rejected. Although I have just begun my Quest with the Silva Ultra Mind System, I have already committed to change and understand that my aloofness is a state of mind, a defense mechanism. As a first step, I created an accountability tribe and reached out and invited others to join the team. Knowing that I am amongst like-minded people is a great benefit. With the Mindvalley structure, I am assured of success. After experiencing the relaxation meditation, I am now in the flow and open to all possibilities!
