"The most memorable thing in all the courses is forgiveness!"

Initially I engaged with Mindvalley well over a year ago following Marissa Peers’ I am Enough free webinar, I have I am enough written on my mirror. What I loved most was the Lisa Nichols’ Speak and Inspire course for which I have my certificate of achievement and proudly display it. And form there onwards I signed up for more - Psalm Isadora’s Tantra Touch, Vishen Lakhiani’s Bending Reality for which I read his book The Code of the Extraordinary Mind and the value of forgiveness. How the releasing of holding onto unfair/abusive things is vital and forgiving oneself is so powerful, it clicked into my own theories of how to change one’s mindset of having committed an offending action/actvity and let it go, keeping it out by releasing that blaming cycle that a lot of ‘guilt ridden’ folk have and their denials, to plead innocence and victim, like many criminals have to live with what they have done/do, they could release that and change their lives. It takes time and technique to figure it out, compute in the head, reconfigure the mindset and prosper.
The most memorable thing in all the courses is FORGIVENESS!
With a thankful grateful heart I have noticed many ways these courses and Mindvalley have changed positively in my life, first and foremost the permission to allow good things into my life and acknowledging my strengths that have transformed me. Realising I cannot change what people think of me, I can hold my head up and be unapologetic. I have become entwined with Lisa Nichols and Susie Carder and Motivating the Masses after the livestream conference event last year. Because of that I have taken opportunities to progress my businesses and signed up to Infusionsoft by Keap. So many things are occurring that I am so proud of my achievements so far. At my graduation in 2012 I spoke to 800 people, (graduates and their families and University staff) all the staff voted me as Graduate Representative to deliver the thank you speech on behalf of Graduates, I wrote and delivered it. It feels like that energy is once more within me as I provide talks, presentations, workshops and mock interviews for students from Foundation Year children to Sixth Formers and so far 2,000 students so far and these courses have driven me onwards and upwards, expanding and expanding.
Lastly the positive changes include my mindset of anything is possible, only I am holding myself back, so I am welcoming in so much more and reaffirm my self-belief, I don’t need to prove myself to anyone, only be true to myself and my amazing life I have been gifted with, this is constant in my campaign for more Kindness for which I have the hashtag #kmo #KMO #KindnessMovementOperative for which I will spread the goodness.
