I am now just getting disciplined to take the quest courses but I have been following Vishen and Mindvalley for several years and most of my transformation has come from The Code of The Extraordinary Mind and the Mindvalley community which has led me to many great teachers and books from this platform. I now look forward to gaining more insight by diving deeper into all of the amazing classes and teachers Mindvalley offers. This difficult time in our world has allowed me to go the opposite direction of my traits and habits and have been able to create new habits which have led me to an improved life and health over these last couple months of quarantine. I am now excited to take these disciplines and move my life and those around me in a positive direction.
