"Mindvalley you have transformed my life to becoming a great one"

My introduction to Mindvalley was my Facebook. I was curious, but when I read a portion of Jim Kwik’s quest, I became very interested in improving the brain and how to speed read. I always wanted to improve myself, but made excuses about pursuing this venture. Therefore, my need to see what it was about I signed up for my first course “Brain Quest” with Jim Kwik. I was so blown away that I looked forward to be present, and to date I am still present and continue to be curious. I have improved my reading from 0 book a week to now four. I also realize that my brain is working due to my comprehension from books, magazines, and anything I can get my hands on. The brain works now its time to do the physical part and thus I enrolled in Ben’s quest “Longevity”.

I am 64 years old and weighed 204 lbs not taking care of myself. I have a regimen that I follow, I minimizing eating sugary stuff. I weight 195 lbs, but my muscles have increased in mass.

This week September 6th started another Quest with Lisa “Speak to Inspire”, this will be a challenge because I do not like to deal with emotions, but will push forward. Yet, I wanted to be an inspiration speaker especially to children. So, there you have it, and I must say Mindvalley you have transformed my life to becoming a great one. I have also mentioned you programs to my friends and families.

Much Aloha,
