[...] Mindvalley inspired me by giving me hope and it has helped me see the light again. Vishen's 6 phase meditation helped me to have peace of mind by calming down and clearing all the busy thoughts in my mind. It taught me to have more gratitude and to start forgiving people including myself. Mindvalley had the tools I was searching for to help direct me with all their amazing programs to help me rediscover who I was and who I aspired to be. Attending live events and doing the programs connects you so you now have a support group that they call the Tribe and it's pretty spectacular to be a part of.
