...I finished Lifebook and that helped with focusing on areas, I can improve. Mindvalley has been a great way to explore the various aspects of myself that I want to grow. By watching the various free videos and understanding what's required for each program, I've been able to better tailor my attention and focus, while also improving on other areas. If anything I feel that Mindvalley lifts my spirit.
