I can't remember how I found Mindvalley but once I did, It was a super eye-opener. I am now 76 and through many Mindvalley webinars, I have learned so many new insights that I can use in my little local biz of presentations and helping others with mentoring.
I recommend Mindvalley and Vishen to everyone but in my age group, many are rather hesitant. I regret that because this group really gets the mind working and the goals are written - new ideas to spread and healthier life to live!
