"I completely restructured my business, this month alone, our sales have increased by 300% with only 50% of advertising spend"

I just got out of a meeting with my finance person, and I’m honestly still shocked. After what I learned at Mindvalley U, I completely restructured my business. I basically cut our marketing spend by half — and we still grew. This month, we’re up 300% in sales
I learned so much, and it was mostly from Vishen’s talk at Mindvalley U. It was really, really good. I’m so happy about this — Vishen really knows his stuff. 
In September, right after Mindvalley U, I cut marketing spend by half, and that month we grew about 20%. And now, in October, we’re already three times up in sales, still with that reduced spend. Of course, there were things I was already doing, but many came directly from what I learned at Mindvalley U — or just from observing Vishen. 
I actually have an entire list of things I learned from that 10 Lessons talk, and from Daniel Priestley’s session. Those two talks were incredibly helpful, along with many of the things Vishen mentioned personally. I really learned so much. When Vishen speaks, I listen, I take notes, I reflect — and I implement. 
One major shift was webinars. Vishen told me to read the book One To Many, and after we did, we had our best-performing webinars ever.
Another big one was email marketing. Vishen said on stage, “If you don’t do email marketing, you should definitely start.” We weren’t — and now it’s a major growth channel for us.
Then Daniel Priestley said, “Don’t sell your product — sell a free assessment.” So we created a quiz, and it became massive. We now get hundreds of new customers and emails every day through that quiz. 
AI was another game-changer. We used to struggle with marketing content, so we built a custom AI with our customer persona, product information, and everything we know about our brand. It creates the first draft of our content, which we then refine. It has made the process so much faster and more effective. 
There were also a lot of things I was already doing intuitively — and hearing Vishen say them gave me confidence. It made me realize, “Okay, I actually know my stuff too.” That validation was really powerful. 
So last week, I organized a breakfast in London and invited journalists and influencers. On my way there, I thought: How do I make this huge? How do I make this incredibly effective — something that could break the internet? 
Flipping through my Mindvalley U notes, I found something from Vishen’s talk: Build bigger than yourself — build a movement, not just a product.”
That line hit me. Of course, I am building a movement — but it wasn’t in my talk. I had 15 minutes before the breakfast and thought, What would Vishen do? Naturally, I opened ChatGPT. 
I uploaded my presentation outline and asked: “How do I frame this as a movement that motivates people to share it with everyone they know?”
 ChatGPT gave me ideas, I tweaked them — and when I started my talk, I opened with: 
“This is not a product or company presentation — this is a movement.”
I saw my marketing manager’s face like, What is he going to say now?
But I continued: 
“Each of you has been handpicked to contribute to this movement because I believe every one of you can uniquely help solve this crisis in children’s health.”
By the end, everyone came up wanting to help — asking how they could spread the word. As a result, we were featured in several magazines that same week. Davinia Taylor (who has nearly a million followers) was there; we did a live session together, and visibility grew organically. Many influencers who attended posted about us, and in just one week we had the same website traffic we used to get in three months.
Of course, our website featured the free assessment Daniel Priestley encouraged us to create. We refined it and focused on it — which now drives consistent engagement and email signups. Combined with all the other lessons I implemented, the result was huge: we tripled our sales.
Last week, we were sitting in the office until 11 p.m. packaging products because we completely ran out of stock — and now we’re outsourcing shipping. I’m so happy. I even made several posts about it because it all came together beautifully.
It’s a mix of what I was already doing and what I learned from Vishen and Daniel — but the lessons from Mindvalley U helped me refine everything and make it truly effective.
This, I think, explains exactly why we’re 3x in sales this month — and why Mindvalley has made such a lasting impact on me, my mindset, and my business.
