I'm a personal trainer and a fitness instructor. 
Even though I was eating healthy food, even though I was doing everything I could to keep myself healthy fed, I was still suffering from anxiety, depression, I felt bloated most of the time I had high blood sugar. And even though I was helping a lot of people to live a healthy lifestyle, I was struggling with my own problems. 

So when I got my Viome results, and my personalized food list that was really shocking for me because all the healthy things or the healthy food I always ate, and I thought it was good for me it was in my avoid list: avocados, cabbage, onions, garlic, sauerkraut, yogurts, all those things which I was indulging were on my avoid list. 
And on my indulgent list were things like mulberries, wild rice, game meat, the stuff I didn't really eat before and on top of it the list was very strict. I thought: I am not going to do it and this is ridiculous, but I did some research and I decided to give it a try. 

So after three weeks into my diet, my symptoms slowly started disappearing. Then Christmas came and I'm not gonna lie I didn't stick with my recommendation as much as I should. It could be a coincidence but a few days after I got the flue. I was suffering from the flu for quite a while, almost two weeks. 
So from the first or second of January, when I started feeling better I went on my diet and I started only eating food that was recommended on my personal list. 

Now I'm in the fourth week into my diet and this is one of the reasons I'm making this video because all my symptoms and all my flu symptoms are gone. 
I have more energy, I sleep better, I train better, I think better, my mind is clear, my head is clear. Everything I do is just better. 

Long story short: everyone who never used Viome services - give it a try.
For everyone who is using Viome services and is very skeptical - after getting results and after getting your personalized food list - give it a try.
