I do holotropic breathwork almost every morning, but not just as a way to wake me up, not as a way to ever get to this feeling. And so definitely I'm going to incorporate BLISS into longer sessions and I intend to set time aside to actually get to this state because the breathwork idea is more of just to wake up in the morning, 10 quick breaths a few times, but this was profound.
It was a natural state of ecstasy that was quite beautiful. I didn't walk into this room like this. I mean, I walked in open-hearted and just whatever would happen, but to be able to open up and smile so freely and just feel so blissful, it is I think in itself is already doing it.
