"I am happy I challenged myself to try this and get over my fears. It feels wonderful."

I hate being in front of audiences. I am always very tense, I start to shake and I don’t know what to say. But after going through the program, I am not scared anymore. It really helped me. I am not afraid of speaking or being in front of people at all. I am happy I challenged myself to try this and get over my fears. I wouldn’t even be able to do this interview if it hadn’t been for the program. It feels wonderful.
