I am excited to continue with all the techniques - especially Segment Intending and Gratitude

Before this quest, I had never done any stuff around working on my beliefs. This is a really interesting personal development quest and the ideas Gahmya and Vishen present are fascinating to me. Vishen has truly lived an extraordinary life and I really enjoyed all the stories he told us. I am excited to continue with all the techniques - especially Segment Intending and Gratitude - as see where it takes me. I race go-karts and want to be an F1 driver in the future. Both these sports need tough mental stamina as much as physical skills and strength. Having completed this program, I know what I have learned is going to help me when we are allowed to race again after lockdown!
