Really great. My Coach is absolutely wonderful and so good at what she does. Really loving the focus on the mind/body connection, and getting out of our heads. She's incredibly intuitive, has a fantastic approach, and a really broad range of tools at her disposal. She knows just what needs to be looked at, and asks exactly the right questions to quickly get to the heart of the matter. Also, The group calls are really wonderful!
