My 1-1 with Kar Fei was great as usual. He is great at pushing me to uncover root emotions, triggers, and impulses. As our calls go on, I navigate courses of action with his guidance. Kar Fei is very encouraging where I usually am not to myself. I loved the exercise in anchoring and look forward to using that in my own practice. I appreciate our group calls.
The exercises are deeply healing for me. Even when I don't think I need the particular exercise, I get something unforeseen from it.
