Lisa 'zeros in' quickly and focuses on what may be in the way of my growth. This is part of what I telegrammed Lisa after our last 1 on 1:
"So, I have been thinking of you and it does no good to just think, its what you do with the thinking that counts.... so I want to give you some feedback and let you know that I strongly feel your sincerity and true care for the growth of your coachees & me, I feel your comforting patience, I feel your passion to deep dive and love, but most of all I admire your courage to do what you do...... I am sure it can be very rewarding but also very confronting and challenging....and that takes a lot of COURAGE.... WELL DONE and again, thanks.
Also regarding our group call, I really enjoyed it. It flowed well and the strategies Lisa taught were new and useful.
Also, I built a strong and trusting relationship with my accountability partner quickly and enjoy our weekly zoom calls. We are both feel like these calls are helping both of us in many ways.
