"This journey isn’t just about surviving the challenges—it’s about thriving and watching my life improve in every possible way"

A Journey of Transformation & My Willingness to join Mindvalley team (even it is possible to work remotely) :)
I used to face challenges that felt insurmountable, but the biggest one was how I categorized my emotions. I labeled them as either good or bad, which only amplified the frustration, agitation, disgust, rage, and guilt that consumed me. These emotions weren’t just affecting my mood; they were taking a toll on my health, clouding my intelligence, distorting my thought process, and impairing my decision-making.
But something started to shift. Gradually, I began to feel more compassion in my life. I’d always wanted to cultivate an attitude of gratitude, and now it’s finally happening. I’m learning to see things from others’ perspectives and, though it’s hard, I’m developing the muscle to forgive. Every day, I’m getting better at segmenting my life and noticing the improvements, no matter how small. It’s incredible to feel surrounded by a beautiful golden light, which I now recognize as a huge blessing.
To deepen this transformation, I’ve immersed myself in courses like Quantum Jumping, The Silva Method, Become Extraordinary, and Duality. Each course presents similar concepts from different angles, using different terminologies. It’s fun and enlightening to see how these approaches intertwine, creating a beautiful atomic effect when they manifest. Rather than focusing on just one area of my life, I’m aiming to improve holistically—spiritually, physically, emotionally, mentally, financially, and in my relationships.
Day by day, I can feel the changes. The muscles of my mind and spirit are growing stronger, and I no longer see any emotion as inherently bad. Instead, I’m learning to harness these emotions positively, which is spectacular. I’m becoming healthier, holistically, by 1%, 2%, and so on, every day. The effect is compounding, leading to a quantum leap in my overall well-being. My five senses are sharpening, my understanding of the seven chakras is deepening, and I’m gaining a new bird’s-eye view of my life.
One of the most powerful tools I’ve discovered is the 3-2-1 technique. Spending just five minutes twice a day in this state of focus is enough, though I often find myself wanting to stay in that mode longer. Throughout the day, I can recall this state by simply joining my three fingers together, bringing me back to that place of calm and clarity.
I’ve also embraced the wisdom of Reagan, who speaks of the 80-20 rule, vision beyond vision, and the concept of enlarging the containers of our lives. By speeding up the process—whether one time, two times, or three times—I’m learning to move through life with ease, grace, gratitude, and flow. And with powerful words, I affirm that “It is done, it is done, it is done,” knowing that the work is happening 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Amidst this journey of personal growth, I’ve discovered a deep passion for meditation—a practice I’ve always loved but never realized could become a professional path. This passion has drawn me to Mindvalley, a platform that resonates deeply with my values and aspirations. I would love to work with Mindvalley, contributing to their mission of transforming lives through meditation and personal development. Whether it’s in a remote capacity or any role that aligns with my skills and passions, the idea of turning this passion into a profession excites me beyond words. It feels like a natural progression in my journey to not only improve my own life but to help others do the same.
This journey isn’t just about surviving the challenges—it’s about thriving and watching my life improve in every possible way. Each step forward is a testament to the power of persistence, the beauty of holistic growth, and the joy of becoming the best version of myself.
