“The quests are in bitesize learnings, cover a range of well-being topics and can be accessed easily”

I was introduced to Mindvalley by 2 Facebook friends
After dipping my toe in the Mindvalley spring of learning, I decided to jump in fully.
The quests are in bitesize learnings, cover a range of well-being topics and can be accessed easily when I have the time to be present with them - sometimes 100%, sometimes decorating/cleaning, now even driving (thank you son for gadget to make this possible). I choose the quest according to mindset/needs of the time.
The learnings have shown me my alignment adjustments I have to make to move towards what I need/want.
To a large extent it has been about the actual content, but it has been a wake up call that this is a community that feels like home, and it is so easy to study the work and linked items compared to that of my current work.
The top 3 results:
  • focussing time and energy on Mindvalley work rather than mindless/time filling/wasting TV (can easily access relevant books, too)
  • getting excited about joining this group and the sense of belonging, easily rather than being on the outside. Learning from Facebook comments, getting a feel for the community.
  • actually getting results - adjusting thinking, taking time to reflect, changing habits of all sorts towards authentic self.

Realistic, affordable investment in self, these quests show me:
  • current information on breadth of subjects/habit acquisition
  • that I can complete, I can't fail
  • growth can be ongoing

I have overcome the money issues, especially as I want to take the opportunity to attend some Mindvalley Live events!!
The problem I currently have feeding back information about the quests is that I have also signed up for the mentoring, which I ADORE!!
Even managed to get my husband to listen properly to one!! The mentoring sessions have led me to investigate some of the quests I had overlooked. But there are several and I am determined to visit each one.
Now I am on the path to build up reserves to push for the career moves, and save for a live event. Mindvalley quests offer the bitesize adjustments that transform perspective and mindset so that the shift from ordinary to extraordinary happens.
I am getting ready for the Longevity Blueprint and Meditation quests next.
Love what you and your team(s) are doing.
