"Mindvalley taught me so much more than I ever learnt from my entire 15 years of mainstream education"

I didn’t have the best start in life in Zimbabwe and there were many disadvantages that I was born into, which meant that providing for me physically was already a struggle for my single teenage mum.
I was lucky to have supportive grandparents who helped by fostering me on and off during my childhood. Unfortunately, my unstable upbringing meant that my emotional and social development was delayed and I had many issues along with very low self-worth.

This became an even bigger problem for me when I immigrated to England when I was 11 years old. I didn’t have much guidance from my mother to navigate the culture shock and struggled with adjusting to life in England without support, so my mental wellbeing suffered and I experienced PTSD. This was never recognised or diagnosed and so it followed me into adult life, affecting my relationships and career, and so I had to navigate through it on my own along with the help from the universe.

The most progress I made was in 2020 when I came across Mindvalley Masterclasses. I learnt so much from those sessions and my mind was completely blown on what I thought was possible for me in terms of personal growth. I also listened to the audiobook version of Vishen’s book “The Buddha and the Badass” and used principles taught by Evercoach to coach myself whilst doing deep inner work, healing my wounds and redefining who I am. As a Mindvalley Member, I made major strides in my mental wellbeing by creating a Lifebook and completing the RTT for Abundance quest. I’ve been able to re-write so many beliefs that were causing me a lot of pain and suffering and it has changed my life for the better.

The Be Extraordinary & Silva Ultramind quests have also been pivotal in helping me to understand things about the universe that I always had a strong sense for but had long long eluded me.

I’m currently doing the Speak and Inspire quest and learning the communication skills that I need to go out into the world and make my contribution.

Coming across Mindvalley has been one of the biggest blessings in my life because it’s given me hope for the future and given me the tools and inspiration I needed to grow into a version of myself that I never would’ve imagined was even possible.
Learning from Mindvalley in the last 6 months has taught me so much more than I ever learnt from my entire 15 years of mainstream education.
I’m still in the process of healing now, and, although I haven’t seen physical results from my efforts yet, the inner change I’ve experienced has been so profound.

Thank you so much Vishen & the team at Mindvalley for everything you’ve done for me and playing such a major role in giving me my life back.
