“Mindvalley helped me calm my nervous system, sleep deeply again, and manage ADHD without living in survival mode”

Before I started with Mindvalley I was burned-out and extremely overstimulated. I was working in a high stress job and had to talk to people all day. My sleep was terrible and therefore I was always tired and on low energy. My whole body was in survival mode. It got to a point where I started to get anxiety around people. Proper panic attacks became a constant for me. And then I, as so many women over 40, was finally diagnosed with ADHD. It finally all made sense. The hyper focus I was able to achieve when I really enjoyed doing something. The excruciating amount of energy it took me to focus on things I didn’t enjoy. The terrible sleep. The non-working relationships. The overstimulation. The masking. I searched for something that could actually help me with my ADHD symptoms. That’s how I found Mindvalley. Especially Breath-work programs and meditation have helped me so much with my sleep and with turning down my stress and overstimulation. It was has been a life-changer. I already feel so much better thanks to Mindvalley but I can’t wait to see even how much better I will feel within the next 12 months.
