When I joined Mindvalley, I was going through one of the most challenging periods of my life.
After more than 35 years of a successful career in organizational development, executive coaching and leadership consulting, I found myself dealing with financial stress, administrative issues, health challenges, and even depression. I felt that I had lost part of my confidence and my direction.
Mindvalley didn’t magically solve my problems.
It did something much more valuable.
It helped me rebuild myself from the inside out.
Little by little, I began changing my habits, my thoughts, my daily routines, and the way I talked to myself. Instead of feeling like life was happening to me, I started feeling that I was creating my next chapter.
⸻
The biggest change has been my mindset.
Today I notice negative thinking much faster and consciously choose a different perspective.
I have developed habits that have completely changed my daily life:
• Daily meditation
• Reading every day (I’ve already finished 10 books this year)
• Gratitude morning and evening
• Clear daily intentions
• Continuous learning
• Healthier eating habits
• Regular exercise
I have completed seven Mindvalley programs and over 148 lessons, and I have accumulated more than 200 hours of meditation.
These habits have improved my emotional resilience, mental clarity, memory, creativity and confidence.
⸻
I have noticed the biggest changes almost in every area.
Personally, I feel calmer, stronger and much more optimistic.
Professionally, I rediscovered my passion for executive coaching and leadership consulting. Instead of trying to become someone different, I reconnected with who I have always been.
Financially, although I am still rebuilding, I have reduced my debt significantly and I now make decisions from strategy instead of fear.
Health-wise, I have transformed my nutrition, exercise routines and overall self-care.
Perhaps the biggest change is that today I genuinely believe my best chapter is still ahead of me.
⸻
The greatest insight wasn’t a single technique.
It was realizing that transformation happens before results become visible.
Every meditation, every lesson, every book, every small habit was building a stronger version of myself long before I could see external results.
Today I understand that success is not only measured by income.
It is also measured by inner peace, resilience, purpose, meaningful relationships and the courage to keep growing regardless of age.
⸻
The reasons why I recommend Mindvalley platform are because it doesn’t simply teach concepts.
It helps you become a different person.
If you truly apply what you learn—not only during the Quests but consistently afterward—it changes the way you think, make decisions, care for yourself and create your future.
For me, Mindvalley has become much more than a learning platform.
It has become part of my daily life and one of the foundations of what I call my second great chapter.
At 60 years old, I can honestly say that I feel more curious, more hopeful and more excited about the future than I have in many years.
And to me, that is priceless.
