Around 9 years ago, as a busy entrepreneur & mom to 3 kids under 7 years of age, I crumbled under exhaustion & lack of self care and stagnant progression. I became a diluted version of the person I strived to be in all areas of my life, especially as a mom & wife.
Then I stumbled upon Mindvalley, it was like running into a dear old friend that rekindled & nourished my soul, mind, goals & revived a near extinguished fire in my soul.
Now at 52, I’m in my best shape with Vo2 Max half my age, centred, and balanced in all areas of my life albeit new stressful challenges, I’ve acquired skills to quell the former turmoils that surfaced in the face of challenges. I returned to University to earn another degree in Sports & Exercise Science, built a fitness app that’s launching this Jan 2025, have been invited as a speaker and to lead workshops on Wellness, Health, Fitness & Longevity. In fact, I have one coming up on the 16th November 2024 at MBS Cyprus (Mind Body & Spirit).
I’m beyond happy & thrilled to have embraced Mindvalley into my life; it helped pave the way to ameliorating all areas of my life beyond any words can ever express. Thank you Vishen, thank you Mindvalley speakers and team.
