I wrote my book thanks to Mindvalley!
My journey with Mindvalley is like a beautiful novel, full of intrigue, a hero's path, and unexpected discoveries. Honestly, I can’t even remember how I first learned about the company—probably through a targeted Facebook ad! I occasionally opened emails, read articles, watched videos, and tried some of the practices.
When the war in Ukraine began, I felt a deep need to find resources to help me keep going. And then, as if by magic, Mindvalley offered free access to Ukrainians. I started taking quests every week, and they became a source of energy and resilience for me. Despite losing my home, loved ones, a happy life, and having to face the challenges of forced emigration to a new country, these quests gave me a sense of stability. They became my anchor and a source of motivation—not just to live but to grow.
Thanks to these quests, I returned to my professional work and started seeing clients again, even though, for almost nine months, I couldn’t even get out of bed on time.
A new chapter of my life began in 2023. I decided to take a risk and apply to lead a workshop at Mindvalley University. I was scared and excited at the same time. What if my knowledge wasn’t needed? What if my English wasn’t good enough? What if I couldn’t handle the audience? But I sent in my application anyway. After a few interviews, I was approved to present.
That summer, I traveled to Tallinn to lead my workshop, "Me and My Power," where I introduced the method of systemic constellations. Between workshops, I also held private sessions using metaphorical cards. Without false modesty, I can say the workshop was a success—I made new friends, experienced unforgettable emotions, and gained invaluable experience. It was during this time that I met Richard from New York. How this meeting turned out to be life-changing is a story for another day.
In the summer of 2024, I decided to revisit Mindvalley quests. I chose “The 3 Most Important Questions” quest. During the second lesson, Vishen shared the story of an employee who became a writer. I paused the video because, in that moment, my entire perspective shifted. I’d wanted to write a book since 2018—I even took courses on writing and publishing. But I hadn’t written a single word.
At that moment, as I paused the video, a strong belief emerged within me: "I will write a book. I am ready!"
I don’t know what kind of magic this was, but in just a few minutes, I realized I had everything I needed to become an author. For years, I felt I was missing something—knowledge, a beautiful writing style, time. In reality, I had all the tools; I just hadn’t allowed myself to start. And so, I began writing.
What I thought would take 4 months ended up taking 6. I wrote the book in Ukrainian, and then a lot of time went into translating it into English. Now, about Richard: I asked him to review and edit my book since he’s an English teacher. We worked on the project together. When we finished, we marveled at how life works: Mindvalley brought together two people from different continents who would never have met otherwise.
Mindvalley creates magic, connecting people across the globe for meaningful partnerships.
My book is about gratitude—how this energy works and how it can transform the life of anyone who learns to live from the heart, to give thanks from the heart, and to choose from the heart. I can say with certainty that I chose Mindvalley with my heart.
I am deeply grateful to Vishen, the authors of the quests, and everyone involved in creating the courses and meditations. Thank you for changing the world with your daily work, your heart, and your energy.
With Mindvalley, dreams come true. Now I know this for sure!
