"I've lost 30 pounds, established a daily meditation practice, found direction in my business"

Before enrolling in Mindvalley Membership, I was heavily overweight, struggling with directing my business initiatives, and angry that my home life was unfulfilling. 
After watching several Masterclasses on the Mindvalley Platform, and subsequent enrollment in Membership, I've lost 30 pounds, established a daily meditation practice, found direction in my business, and am closer to my family and (generally) more in love with myself and the world around me. I just started The Longevity quest, and look forward to continued self-improvement and enlightenment!
