Before I joined Mindvalley I was very sad. My relationships were disappointing and I was having a hard time finding some joy in my life.
I found Vishen’s Mindvalley advertising compelling. I decided I needed to do something about my life so I joined.
I began with the Silva Ultramind System quest.

Once I got the hang of doing the meditations I could see light at the end of the tunnel.
When I came upon Paul McKenna’s Hypnotic Trance for Bliss my life took an immediate turn for the better. I noticed my everyday life started to get easier. Things started to flow with ease. Even the people around me were noticing that their lives were moving with more ease. I listen to the Hypnotic Trance for Bliss everyday. It has made a huge impact for me. I’m truly amazed and so much more joyful.
Today I finished Paul McKenna’s Total Self-Confidence quest and am sharing my story now. I’m still saddened by the events that are transpiring but they don’t rule my life anymore. I’m very grateful to the programs that are available and am motivated to continue my journey.
