"I healed myself in many ways"

My journey until now has been a beautiful rollercoaster of adventures and emotions, and for as long as I can remember, self-acknowledgment was part of my life. I always thought I was a bit different regarding the way I would look at life itself. My envy for growth was always what made me move forward, and at one point, people around me would make me question the purpose of life itself. Was I going in the right direction? How come everything seems so effortless and easy for me? And yet I had my share of challenges in life, beginning with being adopted at the age of two because of a sick mother struck with schizophrenia. Why were others struggling? What made me see through toughness and not them? Resilience. Are we born with it? This question has been in my head for years now, and I followed my intuitions and decided to become a teacher to help children discover their capacity to be great human beings and learn resilience.
For the last 12 years, I redefined what physical education was and made it all about goals and self-growth in my own way. L
ast year, after a new outdoor project (75 kids sleeping in quinzees [igloo-like camps]) and a school trip to Bali to visit the famous Green School, I got sick. Very sick. I tried to silence the symptoms, raise my two-year-old and four-year-old awesome kids, make time for my intimate life with my beautiful spouse, work on new projects at school...and I crashed.
After a year of medication and uncertainty, I began losing hope. It was the first time in my life where I felt like losing control over everything. I was spiraling down. I got to the point where I had to take action (as I always did before) and I looked for a therapist.
By doing so, I stumbled across a Mindvalley ad. I got curious and started the Silva Method program. That is when everything started to spiral up again. I healed myself in many ways.
I am now in the middle of the BE EXTRAORDINARY program and just felt like writing a story. I hope one day I'll be able to implement those programs into the school curriculum. In 5 years from now, I'll reach out to you, Vishen Lakhiani, if you allow me, of course, for help with this big dream of creating a better school in Quebec, Canada. I hope to meet you and your extraordinary team in person. Thank you for making me a better me for me and for the people around me. Growing older is a privilege (quote from a good friend of mine)!

"Recently, I see things happening very rapidly"

Several things that I thought would take many weeks to happen, took only a few days. Some in a matter of hours with slight obstacles. Maybe its my heightened awareness and senses that made me realized this. Maybe I'm in the flow. I'm wary that this magic could be a series of sheer luck.

"It changed my life upside down"

It seems like a fairytale but it changed my life upside down. It was a pleasant surgery that changed all my concepts about life. Taking back control of my life is a very little reward for this journey. I am feeling there is an avalanche of possibilities that are making sense to me now.
