I found Mindvalley when I was looking in YouTube videos for guided meditations.
Suddenly, Vishen was sharing his story and his passion for altered states of mind, something that has always fascinated me.
Immediately, I enrolled in the Silva Method Masterclass. When I finished, I took the Membership subscription. It was February 2021.
To date, I have completed 13 Quests and I am currently doing 2. I have applied and integrated some of each of them and I am always reviewing specific parts by small chunks.
Mindvalley has given me an integrated platform for the most relevant aspects of my life to evolve and it is difficult for me to mention any particular Quest. I am excited to continue my human evolution and I have a long list of future Quest to be enrolled on.
