As a mother, I would say I'm definitely seeing strides with how I am being with the children, moving from someone that sort of perhaps was a bit impatient, to a lot more patient. I know how I can get crazy being a parent to being a lot more compassionate and understanding and calm and how I'm showing up with the children. I would say a lot of that growth has come from content that I've consumed with Mindvalley
