Celebrating my 82nd birthday this coming Valentine's Day, I was dissatisfied with my lack of accomplishmnt with where my 2009 website helps4health.com was going. It was a "Now or Never" decision time. The desire for fulfillment was there, but the lack of direction was not. Having just subscribed to The Mindvalley program, I have experienced a major change in philosophy, awareness, and of "who I am now" to "where I desire to be". The mission statement for helps4health is "If it's breaking health news, it's here". However, "IT'S ALL HERE" with Mindvalley"!
