I have been a member of Mindvalley since May 2020. It has helped me get my body in better shape with WildFit. Thank you for that. The quests have opened my mind to improve my mind, body and soul. In doing so my marriage is ending after 33 years. That is so scary but necessary to grow. Emotions are so high right now.
I am doing the Conscious Uncoupling and Qi Gong right now and it has helped put a positive perspective on all this change. Qi Gong has helped so much release anxiety. I am so thankful for these quests.
Now I am looking at building a new future with Lifebook. Excited to see where this goes. It will not be easy with all these changes but I feel in my heart it is easier with MindValley's quests. Thanks you so much.
