In 2023, my life fell into one of its darkest chapters. I was battling a deep depression, separated from my husband and kids, and caught in a fog of emotional exhaustion that made every day feel heavier than the last. I had spent so much of my life being strong for everyone else that I didn’t know how to find my way back to myself.
That’s when I discovered Mindvalley. I didn’t know it then, but pressing “play” on that first quest would be the moment everything began to shift.
It started with The Silva Method, a quest that cracked open the door to something greater inside me—a quiet power I had forgotten I had. For the first time in months, I began to feel light coming through the cracks of my darkness. From there, I went deeper, one quest at a time.
Each program became a piece of my healing.
Paul McKenna, Marisa Peer, and Jeffrey Allen helped me untangle years of mental patterns, teaching me how energy, hypnosis, and thought could reshape my inner world. Dr. Caroline Leaf helped me reconnect my brain, body, and emotions, showing me that healing isn’t just about feeling better—it’s about reprogramming the very way we think, speak, and feel about ourselves.
But the quest that changed everything was The Art of Manifesting with Regan Hillyer. That one didn’t just teach me tools—it reawakened my spirit. It made me remember that I wasn’t broken; I was just disconnected from who I truly was. That quest lit a fire in me—a reminder that I could create my reality, not just survive it.
Since then, I’ve completed more than ten Mindvalley quests. Each one has added a new layer to my healing, self-awareness, and transformation. Slowly, I began to rebuild. I started journaling again, meditating daily, and most importantly—sharing my story.
That’s how Mindshift Nuggets was born.
It began as a small way to give back—to share the same mindset shifts, tools, and daily practices that helped me pull myself out of that darkness. What started as my healing became my mission: to help others remember their own power, one shift at a time.
Mindvalley didn’t “fix” me. It reminded me that I was never truly lost. It helped me remember that even in the darkest moments, there’s a spark waiting to be reignited. Today, I’m still learning, still growing, and still manifesting the next version of myself—with gratitude, with awareness, and with the quiet knowing that I’m finally home within my own mind.
