During Covid, I had to return to my low-income job in the office, and I was worried about bringing the virus home. Additionally, spending two hours in traffic every day convinced me that I needed to make a change. Being in my late 40s, I believed there were not many great surprises left for me.
Someone I trust introduced me to a Mindvalley subscription. The courses lifted my spirits, gave me a sense of well-being, and strangely shifted the boundaries of my reality. Over the past year, I lost 15 kilograms. Every morning, I take an icy cold shower, then sip my morning coffee while sunbathing, regardless of the weather (even during heavy frost). My meditation practice has become much deeper.
Today, I am exploring passions that I never expected could bring me income. One area I am particularly fascinated with is binaural beats, which seem to accelerate all the practices I have been doing. I even started a YouTube channel to share them.
