My massage and energy work clients often ask me for advice on a challenge they are struggling with or a decision they have to take. And although they've seemed happy with what I've told them so far, I felt, that they could benefit even more, if I had better knowledge about how to help them more profoundly.
And that's where the Certified Life Coach came in.
In this program I've learned, that giving advice might not be the best choice when it comes to helping someone. That was a true eye-opener for me! Along with the fact, that it is often enough to just be present, listen deeply, notice nuances, stay neutral, ask powerful questions, and hold the space. No solution is needed. Everyone is perfectly capable of finding their answers.
Having finished the program now, I am looking forward to internalizing this huge amount of knowledge, tools, and techniques and starting my journey in helping my clients reach their goals and accompanying them in their growth by showing up, for what shows up.
