Mindvalley Certified Life Coach

"This certification didn’t just teach me new tools — it helped me integrate the experiences of my life into something meaningful and purposeful"

Before I began this certification, I was already a coach in many ways.
For over 30 years I had been coaching athletes, leading teams, and helping young people grow through sport. I had experienced incredible success in that world — national championships, leadership roles, and the privilege of helping athletes reach their dreams.
But life has a way of evolving us.
Over the past several years, I experienced deep personal loss, professional challenges, and what I can only describe as a profound identity shift. I began asking deeper questions about who I was beyond the roles I had played for so long — coach, leader, competitor.
I started realizing that the work I was most passionate about was not just developing athletes on the field, but helping people reconnect with themselves — their identity, their resilience, their inner voice.
That realization led me to pursue my Life Coaching Certification.
During this program, I experienced something incredibly powerful: a return to myself.
The coursework gave language and structure to what I had intuitively been doing for years — helping people move through limiting beliefs, reconnect with their strengths, and step into the next version of themselves.
But more importantly, the journey deepened my own self-awareness. It challenged me to reflect, to grow, and to embody the work I want to bring into the world.
This certification didn’t just teach me new tools — it helped me integrate the experiences of my life into something meaningful and purposeful.
Today, as I complete this program, I feel both grounded and energized about the path ahead.
I am continuing my work with athletes through leadership and mental performance coaching, but I am also expanding into work that supports people — especially women — who are navigating identity shifts, healing journeys, and life transitions.
My mission is to help others remember who they are beneath the roles they’ve carried.
Becoming a Certified Life Coach feels like both a new beginning and a natural evolution of the work I’ve always felt called to do.
And in many ways, this journey has been less about becoming something new… and more about returning to who I’ve always been.
