My experience has been very rewarding; while learning, remembering, and implementing the tools, I was able to apply them in coaching sessions with my clients. Observing and witnessing the magic in action. This journey of personal growth has been truly transformative. One of my eureka moments has been through the 6-phase meditation. Although I practiced it before, it was not until this new experience that I was able to experience it at another level of consciousness; I feel grateful and blessed to coincide in time, and dimension and to have co-created magically every moment, person, circumstance that has impacted my life, until reaching the culmination with the life coach certification.
