Before the Certified Life Coach programme, I was unsure of my path as a coach.

I work mostly with women over 40 on re-designing the second part of their life. We cry a lot, but we also laugh big time! As a single mother to a teenage girl, I have a lot to say.
I am also a Mindvalley Certified Hypnotherapist, so I use a lot of different types of visualizations in my 1:1 and group sessions and the 6th Phase Meditation will now join the party as well!
I am so excited and happy to be able to guide and wittness so many life transformations!
