After my trainings as a Health Coach and several trainings in EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques or tapping) and so much more I still felt stuck with my life, procrastinating through my day, not really feeling ready to create my website and get going with my new passion and business. Then an email with mindvalley's invitation to join the Mindvalley Certified Life Coaching training caught my interest and without thinking twice I enrolled in the program, not even really knowing what to expect.
It was so worth it! A lot of what I've learned was already familiar, but the way it was presented and the structure of the whole program invited me every day to truly implement and embody what I've learnt. And slowly but surely over the course of these 4 months my life started to change. I became much more productive, procrastinated much less, even finally created my website. I became much more aware of my patterns and I use my tools everyday to change my mindset and thus my energy. In my work with my clients I became even more present and intuitive and, most important, more confident.

As and EFT practitioner I work a lot in the past, helping my clients to heal and integrate unresolved emotions and events. This life coaching program gave me the tools to expand the realm of my offer to the future. Once the past is healed I can offer them a safe space to dream big and help them to love their new Self and their dreams into life, step by step.
