Before this program I was lacking a bit of confidence and awareness of real coaching sessions. I know what I know, but I did not exactly know how I wanted to express it. During this program, the lessons on structuring coaching conversations, and the live in-depth practice labs, were so beneficial to me. Today, I am much more confident on expressing myself, and specifically, having an organized methodology for my coaching.
