Before this program I was always listening to people to figure out why I could respond with something interesting to say to them. Now thanks to this program I am listening to because I am INTERESTED. I am now very curious about the heart behind whatever they are saying to me. And now when I am speaking, I am more conscious that I am speaking from my own heart rather than my mind. I feel like this major shift for me will allow me to serve so many people in my coaching practice designed to help people be in harmony with the Laws of Life, as their Optimist Coach.
