What changed in my life via this program? I went from a belief in self-awareness to a deeper understanding of self. At will, I now am equipped with a toolbox that makes me a better listener, a better communicator, and a better habit builder. Life-changing! The learnings have allowed me to reframe beliefs, and mindsets and, of course, help others do the same. The joy I now feel coaching daily - a new dream, now discovered and unlocked - is beyond any expectations (I didn't know I would have).
