Before this Quest, my life was full of juggling – and it still is :) But now, I navigate it with more awareness and intention. I did feel the need for more clarity around my direction.
The reason I enrolled in this Quest was to see my path more clearly and to explore how I could combine coaching with yoga in a way that supports others in living a happier, more fulfilling life.
Honestly, it was not an easy journey. A lot happened in my life during these four months—there were days when I felt overwhelmed, uncertain, and emotionally exhausted. But I truly believe that what I learned during this coaching program supported me through this challenging time. It gave me not just knowledge, but strength.
After taking this Quest, I feel more grounded, more aware, and much more intentional. I meet challenges from a more centered place, with greater self-compassion.
