Before this program my life was great but a I was in a bit of a difficult place having dealt with a lot of life happening and changing at the same that I ended up in a fight or flight mode. Thanks to this program and through having a mentor of my own I was able to have some self-realization moments which helped me move forward, and was able to force myself to spend time on myself and self-growth, Now my life is still a work in progress but I feel like I'm on a much clearer trajectory than I was.
