Since a personal encounter in 2019 I feel called to reconnect our society to stay in touch with their inner world. I totally changed my life and went from sales and strategic marketing to working with children in primary school myself and established a non-for-profit organization in Germany to advise and support kindergartens and schools in the realization of lively learning structures.
In March 2023 I was led to coaching through someone who contacted me randomly via LinkedIn being based in Dubai. It took me 18 days to get clear and determined and from there I started my journey. I took all my research, observations and available social studies, my intuitive experience being a mom of two beautiful boys, my primary education experience and combined it with my life, my personal encounter and the beauty of existence I discovered after that. I suddenly saw my vision circling and glowing and being holistic and absolut clear. Finding ways to reconnect adults via sensing through action and coaching and to make sure that children always stay connected through learning by doing. In August 2023 I went to Dubai to then feel the great potential of the city to conduct my sensory coaching work there. I can't even describe with words, but my heart suddenly understood that I got to Dubai exactly to feel and fully understand my vocation.
Being back I was a little lost cause I had the feeling I dreamed all of that and couldn't really believe and bring it into reality so I started studying Dubai, the Arabic language and people and again out of the blue I saw an interview of Vishen with Anas Bukhash. Vishen said something about education that so much mirrored my feelings and vision. I felt the desire to know more about him and his profession and that's how I came to Mindvalley.
The Mindvalley Certified Live Coach training immediately resonated with me. The structure of the life coaching training is ingenious and the people behind Mindvalley are truly wonderful, authentic and connected. I feel so blessed and empowered, I learned so many great and valuable tools and discovered a lot about myself that even helps me to deep dive further into my work and to understand myself better. The group has strengthened me in my being, my vision and my focus and give me strength to continue right there and to believe in my inner truth and to live my dream.

I did some meditating in 2019 and stopped. Don't even know why. I started with meditation through the Mindvalley Certified Live Coach training again and I love it.
I'm a big fan of Vishen's six-phase meditation and currently practise three times a week in the morning.
