Before joining this course, I did not know how to structure my life. I had a lot of goals and expectations but just struggled with how I could make it happen. After joining the course, I understand myself and understand how my thoughts and emotions are shaped and expressed. The best thing I learned from the course is I can choose positive and useful thoughts over negative ones, as well as know the rules of mind and practice ways to manage my mind. I now have a clear vision of my life and of how to be a coach in the next chapter of my life. My life changed after joining the course.
