I have been a coach for over 18 years and have taken various international training courses for coaches; however, this has been the most structured easy to follow program I have seen. I really enjoyed the labs and the weekly coaching calls. 16 weeks of being with different people from around the world and seeing how the think different; however, they are very much the same in their disciplines, habits, processes and challenges. It gave me a different perspective especially when I had the opportunity to coach, be the coachee and then the observer. It was well worth the investment in time, effort and money.
