Since I was little I have been very attracted to personal development. This interest has always manifested itself as a hobby and not as my main activity, but it has accompanied me for many years. The quests of Mindvalley have brought me a lot closer to continuing on this path and the Life Coach certification was the next step to formalize and give the depth and relevance I wanted to this topic.
With the program, I have not only been able to support others in their development, but I have seen beautiful changes in myself. My relationships are more genuine, deeper, and meaningful, I feel clearer when making decisions and I feel calmer throughout the day. It has given me a new perspective on the present and future.
