"Today, I am coaching 2 clients with a heart full of purpose"

The Mindvalley Life Coach Certification Is A Journey Back to My Dream!
Becoming a life coach has been in my heart for as long as I can remember. I tried to pursue this dream more than ten years ago. But life, as it often does, had other plans.
At the time, I was redirected toward a different path—cottage rental. My husband and I bought 5 rental cottages, and we poured our energy into managing this place, which we call "Oasis of Sandbanks". It's a place where people could unwind, reconnect, and make memories. I didn’t know it then, but that chapter was preparing me for something deeper.
Over the years, our cottage became more than just a business. It became a space where people felt safe to open up. Many of our guests shared their joys, their struggles, and even their life crossroads with me. And in those quiet moments, whether by the fire pit or over a cup of coffee, I found myself offering stories, encouragement, and bits of wisdom drawn from my own journey.
I didn’t realize I was already doing a form of coaching—until one day, an email from Mindvalley landed in my inbox. Without hesitation, I enrolled in the Life Coach Certification program. It felt like a full-circle moment, as if life was nudging me gently back to the dream I had set aside a decade ago.
That journey through the course changed me. It gave me clarity. It helped me reconnect with my purpose—to help others, especially those who are nearing or already in retirement.
In the many conversations I’ve had with retirees and near-retirees, a common thread keeps coming up:
“I’ve worked all my life, but I still feel like I haven’t found my true purpose.”
That touched me deeply.
Many are financially prepared, yet emotionally unfulfilled. Others feel lost, invisible, or unsure of what’s next. They’ve done so much, given so much, and yet they still ask, “Is this all there is?”
That’s when I knew that becoming a certified coach wasn’t just about fulfilling an old dream—it was about serving a need I was already seeing in the people around me.
Today, I am coaching 2 clients with a heart full of purpose. I help near-retirees and retirees rediscover their path, reconnect with who they are, and begin living the life they truly want—not later, but now. Because no matter how many years we have left, it’s never too late to find meaning, joy, and a renewed sense of purpose.
