When I started this program I had been wanting to become a Life Coach for three years. At the end of 2022, I simply decided that I was going to do the training in 2023, I was sick of waiting for everything to be perfect and so I simply decided. From there things flowed, even things I couldn't see how they were going to work out, simply worked.
Mindvalley was the perfect choice for me because of the powerful coaching techniques combined with meditation and manifestation training. The training of the 6-phase meditation and lofty questions has been a game changer for opening my mind to my future goals.
Now that I have finished I feel so clear about my big goal, and not overwhelmed by it, just taking the next logical step. The big goal/little goal approach. I feel so proud of myself for showing up and completing the program and making friends along the way for supporting each other while we create our coaching businesses.
