I wasn't sure what to expect from Mindvalley's Certified Life Coaching program, but the program has far exceeded my expectations!
First, the staff exudes warmth and kindness which put me at ease right away. Fran and Ajit are a wealth of information but they are so relatable to us...like friends we haven't met yet.
Second, the lessons are excellent from how to start a coaching business, learning how to be present with our clients, tapping into how our brain functions, learning how to ask important questions, and practicing the 6-Phase Meditation system.
Third, we realize fairly quickly that "we" are our first clients and that the work we learn and practice on ourselves is what will make us excellent coaches.
Lastly, there is a large Mindvalley community ("tribe") who are beside you to help make the journey so much more enjoyable. I highly recommend that future coaches really take advantage of this additional benefit so you do not feel alone or overwhelmed by the vast amount of outstanding material. I truly feel, after this course, that I can begin my coaching business today! Thank you, Mindvalley.
