I have finished a Certificate in Holistic Nutrition. I took the Mindvalley Certified Life Coach program to learn how to coach people through their health and wellness journey. What I received in return was meeting amazing people, unprecedented personal growth, sense of purpose, confidence and life skills. This course taught me more about myself than any course/program I have taken. I'm confident to say that, even if I don't use the coaching skills as a career, my own life and the life of my friends and family has been affected by how I show up in the world now!
